Hi, I finished my last request of second edition and now time to start third edition. As additional condition to open a new series of request is reaching a millstone like before 100 watchers, so now it will be 150. At this point, only 18(4)  watchers are needed. Previously, all ten slots have been completed in one day, so now there will be a ticket system to give everyone a chance.
